Tight feeling in chest while masturbating?

Hi, 16 year old AFAB here.
I've been masturbating for a few years and have found that sometimes when I masturbate, I get this tight feeling in my chest and feel light-headed until I stop, and it makes me feel sick. It'll come on out of nowhere even when I'm experiencing pleasure.
Anyone know why this is or how to not have it happen?

Do you notice this same tightness in your chest or light headedness at other times?

No, it doesn't occur at other times. Any ideas?

Got it. We can't say for certain what's behind this, but it sounds like it may just be part of how your body responds to the exertion and other physical changes that come with masturbation and arousal. As frustrating as it may be, this may be one of those instances where when this happens, if it's too unpleasant, you just have to stop masturbating in that moment and let it pass.

No, i don't notice it at any other times. Any ideas?
