Pregnancy Scare Anxiety
Hi, Thankyou for reading my message.
So i had dry humping with my girlfriend on 20 and 22 November. Both of the dry humping session are using condom and she and i were fully clothed (4 layers) and also after the session i took off my condom and continue to dry hump with an extra layer of blanket (5 layers) and did not cum but only pre-cum. I ejaculated on both session (she and i were wet).
why did I always think that she will got pregnant? will she got pregnant? It has not been off my mind since then and im not planning anything to do with any sexual activity in the future until it got off from my mind? im sorry for many questions and thankyou

Re: Pregnancy Scare Anxiety
Hi Merawke,
You can safely say there was no risk of pregnancy from this situation. If one layer of clothing, let alone four or five, is present, there's just no way for sperm to get through it in a way that leaves them able to potentially create a pregnancy. You can read more about why that is here: Human Reproduction: A Seafarer's Guide
If after reading my answer and that piece, you're still feeling anxious, I would give this a read to see if any of the reasons listed might apply to you: You're Not Pregnant. Why Do You think You Are?

Re: Pregnancy Scare Anxiety
You're welcome! I would start by going through that "You're not Pregnant, Why do You think You are" as it has recommended next steps in each section. I would also give this article a look, as it covers a variety of resources for coping with anxiety, including anxiety around pregnancy: Anxiety and Other Mental Health Resources

Re: Pregnancy Scare Anxiety
The basic answer is that clothing is a barrier that sperm cannot get through. For a longer answer, you can give this a read: https://www.scarleteen.com/blog/clairep ... g_freakout
